Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with comfort and satisfaction from their purchases. However, if the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can return it in accordance with our return policy.

Return period: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be sent back within this period.

Condition of the item: We accept returns if the items are in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, with attached tags, and in their original packaging.

Return documents: A proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation) must be provided to process the return.

Refund and exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer you either a full refund to the card used for payment or an exchange for another item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Exceptions: The following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear

• Socks

• Sale items
